You are? The name is Akira Uchimura, it sounds Japanese but in fact I am half Chilean.
My hobbies: Photography, photoshop, tennis, web design, chilean wine drinking.

Where are you from? This is a difficult question for me because I was born in Costa Rica, but my father is Japanese and my mother is Chilean.

What do you mean? then where’s your home town? Because of my father’s job as a diplomat, we lived in several countries for only a few years each. After being born in Costa Rica, then we went to Paraguay, Bolivia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Japan, Suriname, and then to Chile. After that I wen to do my masters in Japan, and that is where I live now.

What did you study and what do you do? I studied International Commerce in Chile for my bachelor’s degree and then went to Japan to study Public Administration for my master’s degree in the International Christian University, Japan. After graduating I worked in Peaceboat, a Japanese NGO that takes about 1000 Japanese tourists around the world, then as a coordinator for the Nikkei Scholarship of Nippon Foundation, and now I am the Executive Director of the Nikkei Youth Network, and organization of young nikkei (people connected to Japan) leaders from around the world. Also, once a week I am a television commentator for a TV show called The Golden Hour. Every day of the week, 3 commentators from different countries tell their point of view on Japanese news, culture and cuisine.

What do you like? I love, parties, web design, photography, travel, photo manipulation, and many other things. I also love food, and being in Tokyo, a city with most of the cuisine from around the world, I like to taste all the different flavors.

But wasn’t this publish said to be about Vengeance? Presently, Vengeance increases your AP by 5% from the damage taken, stacking as much as the cap, which happens rapidly. We’re altering Vengeance to improve AP comparable to 5% from the damage you are taking for 25 sec. This aficionado will “roll” to ensure that because it will get rejuvenated the unused part is put into the brand new aficionado, much like how Ignite or Stagger work. The internet result is going to be that Vengeance stacks by the quantity of DPS being tossed to you over 20 sec. There’s no cap.
